The Trail:
This week's hash had not even begun when we were surprised by Gazette Photographer Ted Church (sans limo) who had showed up to take a group photo. Unfortunately only a dozen or so hashers had yet arrived, so we supplemented our numbers with some perplexed passing strangers. The article and picture can be found elsewhere on this website.
We set out on a fine summer day at 1:20 PM. The weather was partially sunny with temperatures of 25-26 degrees with light Western winds.
The trail was a mix of road and woody path and showed considerable research by the Hare. The only complaints heard were of pin-prick trail markers and one case of trail confusion. Plus the Car Park went unmarked.
Our trail led from Summit Circle in Westmount down to Cote de Neige Road, then up Mount Royal to Beaver lake, to the Chalet, down towards Park Avenue, then back up the radio towers, then back down the other side of Beaver Lake. We crossed across Cote de Neige and scaled the tony heights of Westmount, back to Summit Circle.
Down downs took place in the Westmount Bird Sanctuary, followed by BBQ in Sacha's garden where Glyn and PF demonstrated their culinary skills on Sacha's brand new BBQ.

Down-downs:
Numbskull received the Silver cup for his 50th Hash. This is the first such Silver Cup awarded in La Belle Province. Numbskull was made honourary GM for the day for this accomplishment.
Returnees include Red Dog, Ruskie, Andrea, Sacha
The Out of Towner this week was Todd the Animal from Cape Cod.
Vicky is now known as Lab Rat, named for her professional status at work.
Glyn is again been named Blow Job
Wahiba was named Skin Flint for her consumption of less than 5 pounds of flower but was congratulated for an excellent trail.
Andrea & Andrea get the down-down for Whining and Complaining.
Lady with Friendly Dog get the down down for being the lady with friendly dog.
PriorF*ckUp was voted holder of the Shit for this week, however he was quickly relieved of this honour after the Hare, GM and RA resumed their longstanding beer feud. Wahiba once again received the complementary bottle of Molson Conditioning Shampoo and the Shit for the week.
Ruskie got a down down for survival of the first year of marital bliss.
Latecomers included Zebedee, Ruskie Lab Rat and Numbskull.
