Korean Ribs ( Kal Bi ) 1 kg of thinnly crosswise cut short ribs, any beef can be used 2 cloves garlic, crushed 3 tablespoon of sugar 2 tablespoons of toasted seasame seeds ( if you don't have, use 1 teaspoon of seasame seed oil; if you don't have either no big idea ) soya sauce 1 green onion, cut crosswise then into small pieces, if you want (All above measurements are approximate as I do not measure.) Put beef in a large bowl. Pour 1/2 cup soya sauce into bowl. Add all other ingredients. Using your hand or a spoon, massage the mixture together evenly. The sauce should be absorbed by the meat. If you need more soya sauce, add it. Meat can be served right away but for best results let mixture sit overnight. Serve with rice and beer.
